Pukapukaparadise is a Sanrio character, introduced in 1991.

A white octopus with a happy swirly smile on its face, round black eyes, red cheeks, and a curly red hair strand on its head. It relaxes at its own pace. Occasionally it gets an electric shock from electric jellyfish. Sometimes it will dry up. It is playful and a little careless.
